Our Dream Team

Meet the passionate professionals behind our grooming services.

Debbie Fairclough

Owner & Pet Stylist

With over 23 years of professional grooming experience, Debbie brings deep knowledge, patience, and genuine passion to every pet she works with. Grooming has always been more than a career—it’s a craft rooted in trust, care, and respect. A proud left-handed groomer (something clients love to notice), Debbie shares life at home with five dogs, two cats, two children, and Saul.

Before opening Milltown Pet Styling, Debbie owned Charlotte’s premier mobile grooming salon, All Dogged Up, for more than 15 years. That experience shaped her hands-on, relationship-driven approach, where every pet is treated with calm attention and thoughtful care—because they deserve nothing less.

Lilly

Salon Manager & Head Bather

Lilly is a vital part of the Milltown Pet Styling team, bringing consistency, organization, and a warm presence into the salon each day. With a natural love for structure and cleanliness, she helps maintain the calm, well-run environment that defines the Milltown experience.

What Lilly enjoys most about working with dogs is watching their confidence grow as they learn and connect. That joy fuels her passion for leading the bathing team and setting a high standard of care for every pet who walks through our doors.

Julie

Front Desk Coordinator

Julie is often the first friendly face clients meet at Milltown Pet Styling. She brings warmth, creativity, and genuine care to every interaction, helping each visit feel welcoming from the moment guests arrive.

A proud pet mom to Stella, a rescue dog, and Sadie, a Havanese, Julie enjoys creating gemstone jewelry and working with polymer clay in her free time. Her love for animals and appreciation for their unique personalities shine through in the way she connects with both pets and their families.

Jessi

Pet Stylist

With over 20 years of professional experience working with dogs and 16 years as a groomer, Jessi brings both expertise and heart to every appointment. Before graduating from the Nanhall School of Dog Grooming in 2010, she worked as a veterinary technician, giving her a trained eye for identifying potential medical concerns while providing exceptional grooming care.

Jessi is passionate about creating a loving, low-stress environment where pets feel safe, respected, and understood. She believes grooming is more than a service — it’s a relationship built on trust. Her calm presence and gentle approach help even the most nervous pups feel at ease.

With a bachelor’s degree in forensic biology, Jessi’s attention to detail and analytical mindset complement her artistry behind the table. When she’s not at Milltown, you’ll likely find her curled up with her own pets and a good true crime or mystery novel.

Maddie

Bather

Maddie has a lifelong passion for animal care and enjoys working hands-on with each dog to ensure they feel clean, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. She takes pride in creating a calm, gentle experience and values building lasting trust with both pets and their owners.

A proud rescue dog mom to her Golden Retriever, Nola, Maddie looks forward to welcoming you and your pup and making every visit a positive, relaxing experience.
